Level Up: Manuscript Writing with Khary Jackson

This workshop will be focused on how one might approach the sequencing of their poems in a manuscript. Whether a “full length” or a shorter collection, participants will be able to consider and discuss the impact that a thoughtful and creative poem sequence can have on the reader’s experience.
About Khary Jackson
Khary Jackson is a writer, dancer, and musician. Khary is an alumnus of Cave Canem, the esteemed writing fellowship for Black writers. Khary’s poetry book, Any Psalm You Want, was published with Write Bloody Publishing in the spring of 2013.
